What happened to the old customer portal?

On March 1, 2008 we publicly released our new GreenTree Hosting Customer Portal. The new Customer Portal is a small part of the systemwide enhancements we have been working on over the last year. It builds upon the features of the current customer portal ... adding many customer requested features. The new portal enables you to:- view and update your account records
- view, print and pay your invoices
- submit and view support tickets
- order new services
- and much more

Effective March 1, 2008 we have migrated all account records to this new Customer Portal. While we have generated all new invoices for current service from this system, we anticipate all historical paid invoice data will be imported into this new system by the end of March 2007. If your account had any open invoices as of March 1, 2007, these invoices [with their original invoice numbers] have already been imported into the new portal.The URL of the Customer Portal has not changed, although access to the new portal uses a different authentication scheme from the former system and your login name has changed.  Access to the customer portal is available here: http://www.greentreehosting.com/customers If you have any questions about this, or any of our systems, products or software, please don't hesitate to contact us.
